Section hair into 4 parts exposing scalp. Apply a small amount of oil to scalp, massage oil in with fingers and comb through to ends of hair. Leave in and style as desired.
Apply to towel-dried hair. Divide hair into sections. Smooth product onto hair from root to tip, concentrating on problem areas. Do not rinse. Style as desired.

Apply to hair working from ends to the root, allow conditioner to stay in your hair overnight. Apply shower cap for added protection. Rinse conditioner in the morning prior to shampooing.

Apply a liberal amount of product (on freshly cleaned hair) to damp hair covering from root to tip. Style as desired using heat or by letting air dry. On the 2nd or 3rd day spray hair with water until damp. Apply a liberal amount of product to your hair. Style as desired.
Apply a fingertip portion to the hairline. Smooth with a brush or small-tooth comb for a lasting blended finish.
Apply to the scalp and ends of the hair and gently massage all throughout the hair to cleanse the hair of natural products. Use in between shampoos.
After hair has been cleaned and is damp, divide into sections. Apply a liberal amount of the Mielle Brazilian Curl Cream to hair combing or fingering through from root to ends. Immediately follow in the same section of hair with the Mielle Brazilian Cocktail Mousse. Follow the same pattern in each section of hair until completely done. Style hair as desired.
After shampooing apply to clean damp hair. Let sit for 15 minutes for an intense treatment. If you wish to use, heat 30 minutes under the dryer is desirable. Prime wet hair with Pomegranate & Honey Leave-In Conditioner before styling. Optional: for best results, apply Mielle Mint Almond Oil after priming while hair is still wet. This will provide added conditioning and help to reduce potential flaking. Define curls by applying Coil Sculpting Custard to dripping wet hair. Divide hair into small sections and apply generously, fingering the product through making sure to coat the strands evenly. Allow hair to air-dry or diffuse for added volume. Although typically used to style Wash-N-Go’s, you may style as desired.
Use after cleansing and conditioning your hair. (Do not towel dry or blot after your final rinse.)
- Apply As I Am® Leave-In Conditioner liberally, according to instructions. This will help prevent flaking once hair is dry.
- Apply Twist Defining Cream to detangled hair while it is wet, in small sections from root to tip, then twist away!
- Spray with water if hair begins to dry before you’re done. Air drying is recommended. You may use a hood dryer on the low setting if time or weather is an issue.
- For twist outs, undo twists and separate, only after hair is completely dry.
- For added moisture, scrunch Moisture Milk or DoubleButter® Cream onto hair, daily or whenever needed.
You may use Twist Defining Cream for shingling, too, by combing it section-by-section through clean, detangled soaking wet hair with a wide-toothed comb. Dry thoroughly before manually fluffing and separating for style.

Rub ample amount of shampoo between palms and gently lather through wet hair.
Massage hair and scalp, leave on for five minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Repeat if necessary.

Apply a generous amount to hair strands working the product in from root to tip. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
For Deep Treatment:
Distribute masque throughout hair. Put on a plastic cap. Leave on 15-20 minutes under a hooded dryer. Dampen hair if it gets too dry. Remove cap, carefully detangle, and rinse thoroughly.
Apply As I Am® JBCO Leave-in Conditioner liberally throughout clean, detangled hair.
While hair is still damp to wet, smooth Curling crème onto small sections from root to tip.
Define each section by gliding hair between your thumb and forefinger, rotating the ends around your fingertip to form a coil finish.
Spray hair with AIA JBCO water if it begins to dry before you’re done. Air dry or use a hood dryer on low setting.
After hair is completely dry, fluff, separate or arrange coils and curls as desired.
