Due to the movement restrictions & limited supplies, we at OjaMEA.COM will be evaluating your returns & exchange request, case by case.

This applies to all purchases made from 1 June 2020 onwards.


  • Refunds request has to be made via our online platform, email or WhatsApp with the order reference number or by simply calling our Contact Centre for any purchases made from 1 June 2020 onwards at this time.

  • We can exchange faulty goods where essential, but only where stocks allow as we cannot guarantee availability.

  • Kindly take of picture of the items you wish to return or products not Fit for purpose, so we can submit your request to the supplier to process your request.

  • All Returns, Exchange or Cancellation request MUST be sent to

Items shipped from can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

1.       Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

2.       Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

3.       Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

4.       Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

5.       Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

6.       Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and customer may incur additional charges for voluntary returns.

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.



OjaMEA.COM Refunds Policy


Return of credit, money, points etc. used to purchase the product/ item from Ojamea. Your refund and how your refund are issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased.


How do I qualify for a refund?

Refunds can be done if you have purchased an item from Ojamea and the products falls into any of these categories;

a)       Faulty Product;

b)      Wrong Product;

c)       Out of stock product / limited stocks: if at the time of purchase, the product was already out of stock from the supplier

d)      Voluntary returns for refund;  

Customer MUST officially log a refund request within 2 days after deliver;

Ojamea has the right to decline a refund request if it doesn’t meet the refund criteria.

The dispute & refund team will make a decision within 7 days.

For Voluntary returns, customer wallet may be credited with the balance value of the returned product and delivery / handling charges are NOT refundable   


Where's My Refund?

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

If your refund does show as refunded in Your Account, and the standard timeframe as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.

Note: After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return.

How Refunds Are Issued

When returning an item, you can choose your preferred refund method from My account.

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return. Once the return is processed it may take additional few days for the refund to show up depending on the payment method you choose. Refunds are done only through the Original mode of payment.

Refund Without Return

Ojamea may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you are not required to send your item back for a refund, you will be notified or by a Customer Service Associate. For more information, go to the Terms of Use. 


Ojamea Cancellation policy

To cancel your order, please mail your cancel request along with order number to or call +971 589 34 3300

1.       All cancellation requests should reach us within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund subject to bank charges.

2.       For orders cancelled before delivery, handling charges may apply.  

3.       For COD orders, post-delivery, the customer MUST follow the refund process stated above.

For orders made via credit and debit card, it will take 14 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account and bank charges may apply. For COD orders, it may take at least 10 working days.
