At OjaMEA.COM, we aim to provide convenient and flexible delivery options. Our services are managed either by our in-house fulfillment team or trusted third-party couriers. Below, you'll find all the details about our delivery options, charges, and operational guidelines.

Delivery Options

We offer three delivery options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 24–36 hours (business days).
  • Charges: Starting from AED 20 (depending on product weight, size, and location).
  • Additional Fees: Handling and packaging fees may apply.

    Fast Delivery (Dubai Only) / Priority Delivery for ALL Other EMIRATES
  • Delivery Time: Within 4 hours for Dubai /  Priority 24-hour shipping for other Emirates (e.g., Abu Dhabi City).
  • Charges: Starting from AED 35 (depending on product weight, size, and location).
  • Additional Fees: Handling and packaging fees may apply.

    Pickup at Sorting Center
  • Pickup Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (daily).
  • Charges: Free.
  • Additional Fees: Handling and packaging fees may apply.
  • Notification: We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Note: Delivery availability depends on product stock and location. For deliveries outside Dubai and Sharjah Emirates, contact our support team at +971589343300 for the latest details.

Operational Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: No deliveries (orders placed will be delivered starting Monday).

Additional Information

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat administrative charge of AED 10 applies to all COD purchases.
  2. Weight Limits: Charges listed above apply to orders under 50kg within Dubai and Sharjah. For larger orders or deliveries to other Emirates, charges vary based on product weight, size, and distance.
  3. Cooling Charges: Certain product categories, like fresh farm produce and butcher items, may incur extra cooling or packaging fees for locations outside Dubai.
  4. Remote Areas: Customers in remote areas should contact us at +971589343300 before placing an order to confirm shipping costs.

Notifications & Changes

  • Any revisions to shipping charges will be communicated before completing your purchase.
  • If there are changes to the agreed delivery time, we will notify you in advance.
  • For pickup orders, you will be contacted once your order is ready for collection.
