Due to the movement restrictions & limited supplies, we at OjaMEA.COM will be evaluating your returns & exchange request, case by case.

This applies to all purchases made from 1 April 2020 onwards.


  • Refunds request has to be made via our online platform, email or WhatsApp with the order reference number or by simply calling our Contact Centre for any purchases made from 1 April 2020 onwards at this time.

  • We can exchange faulty goods where essential, but only where stocks allow as we cannot guarantee availability.

  • Kindly take of picture of the items you wish to return or products not Fit for purpose, so we can submit your request to the supplier to process your request.
